Gelcoat Color Restoring

We specialize in gelcoat color restoring. If you thought your gelcoat needed painting - hold that thought!
We find that 9 times out of 10, that faded chalky gelcoat doesn't need to be painted after all.
Most of the time, even on the most damaged, most faded, most chalky gelcoat surfaces, we are able 
to restore it rather than painting it or re-gelcoating it.

	This 34x Silverton Cruiser had some major sun damage to the gelcoat. The surface was chalked out, flat, dry and burned.  The before and after can be clearly seen, the cut off point being right below the starboard window.  Once finished, this cruiser was ready to ride the waves again with pride!
	Here is a boat that has been neglected. A couple of entire seasons of sitting in the sun and elements with no maintenance at all.  A few wax jobs with a good Teflon and UV blocking wax during the summer months could have prevented this elemental damage from occurring.
	We restored the color on this boat and now it shines like new.  In this image you can see the contrast between what has been restored and what has not yet been.  Just under the antenna area is where we had not yet restored the color.
	Carver 390: This Carver 390 was brought to us from Boston in bad shape. It was in need of fiberglass repairs as well as some major gelcoat restoration work. In this image the boat has been color restored from the back end up to around the middle and the front portion has not yet been done.  The camera just doesn't depict the severity of the gelcoat damage.
	This is a view from the front looking at the fly bridge. The center of the fly bridge has not yet been polished. The difference can clearly be seen between the two sides of the fly bridge and the center.

	Half of the starboard side fly bridge is now color restored.
	The owner of this carver thought for sure his fly bridge needed to be either regelcoated or painted.  We restored the gelcoat back to it's original condition, saving the owner some really BIG bucks.
